Lunch and Dinner Selections

Taste of Texas BBQ Buffet
Juicy beef brisket, grilled chicken, baked beans,
potato salad, Texas relish tray
(white bread, pickles, onions, BBQ sauce) and iced tea. 
 
Southwest Fajita Buffet
Seasoned beef and chicken fajitas, fresh flour tortillas, Mexican rice, refried beans,
condiments (sour cream, shredded cheese, Pico de Gallo)
and iced tea. 
 
Healthy Delight Buffet
Herb roasted chicken, steamed vegetable medley, rice pilaf, house salad dressings,
hot rolls with butter and iced tea.
 
Southern Comfort Buffet
Choice of either chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with country gravy,
corn-on-the-cob, green beans, hot rolls with butter and iced tea. 
 
Country BBQ Buffet
Juicy beef brisket, smoked sausage, baked beans, potato salad,
Texas relish tray (white bread, pickles, onions, BBQ sauce) and iced tea. 
 
Fiesta Buffet
Taco bar (seasoned beef filling, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese,
sour cream and Pico de Gallo), enchiladas, refried beans and iced tea. 
 
Italian Sampler
Hearty beef lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, sauteed Italian vegetables,
Caesar salad, garlic bread sticks and iced tea. 
 
Deli Deluxe Buffet
Premium ham, smoked turkey, sliced cheeses, assorted breads,
potato salad, pasta salad and iced tea.
 
Hamburger Plate
One hamburger, relish tray, baked beans, potato chips and iced tea.
 
BBQ Sandwich Plate
One chipped BBQ beef sandwich, baked beans, potato chips and iced tea. 
 
Ham Submarine Plate
One ham sub, macaroni salad, potato chips and iced tea. 
 
Additional options: A few of our extra selections are provided below, however we can also provide specialty items such as steak, prime rib and shrimp buffets. Just ask us how we can make your event extra special.

Selection of donuts, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and juice.

 Sunrise Special Buffet
Assorted muffins and Danish, fresh fruit, freshly brewed regular
and decaffeinated coffee and juice.
 
Breakfast Burrito Buffet
Burrito bar with fresh flour tortillas and assorted filings (eggs and cheese,
eggs and pork sausage, eggs and bacon, shredded cheese and salsa),
freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee.
 
Box Lunch
Choice of ham or turkey submarine, bag of chips and cookie. 
 
Eagle Special Buffet
Juicy grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, relish tray, baked beans, potato chips and iced tea.
