We have more than 4,300 square feet of the industry's top strength and conditioning equipment. Fitness equipment includes 25 TechnogymÆ cardiovascular machines, 6 PrecorÆ cardiovascular elliptical machines, a full complement of TechnogymÆ equipment, more than 8,000 pounds of free weights and dumbbells ranging from 5 to 125 pounds. And you can take the boredom out of your next cardiovascular workout with our CardioTheaterÆ system! Plug in your headset and tune into any one of six different television stations or your choice of CD music.

 The facility is closed New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Special hours in effect for New Year's Eve, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day and Christmas Eve. Hours of operation and restaurant hours are subject to change.
