GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

AQUA FITNESS- An invigorating workout, utilizing foam dumbbells, noodles, aqua fins, tubing and more for an intense H2O workout!

Level / All

 

AQUA Pilates- facilitates increased flexibility while challenging the individual to maintain core stabilization, balance, and postural alignment in the healing environment of water.

 

Fit-N-F(AB)- This class challenges your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance. The instructor will challenge you to work at your highest potential and encourage you to go even further. The first half of the class is circuit training—Fit, and the second half is all core work—f(AB). All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.

 

GROUP CYCLING- This class is an exhilarating, indoor workout set to great music and instruction! This exciting intense workout is done on a stationary bike. Bring your water bottle, towel and a gel seat.

HOME SCHOOL PE CLASS- Class is divided into three groups 5 – 8, 9- 12 and 13 -17. This class is designed for use as a PE class for home schoolers.  Kids get to swim once a month or more.

 

KID FIT- Kids 8 – 13 have fun getting exercise with games obstacle courses, swimming and sports related drills. Summer Program.

 

YOGA- Experience the mind and body working together as a whole using strength, flexibility and the flow of movement while emphasizing control and breathing. This class is great for reducing stress. Bring a sticky mat.

INTERVAL BLAST- An intense cardio workout incorporating the bikes, kickboxing, step and some plyometric moves.  Weather permitting, running outside and weight training. Interval at its best!

INTERVAL STEP- Traditional step moves and intervals of strength training are combined in this ever-changing class. This format improves muscular endurance and strength while burning calories!

MAT PILATES- A complete total body workout designed to shrink and firm your buns, hips and thighs. Tighten and flatten your stomach by working your core. “Increase flexibility while sculpting long, lean muscles that will redefine your body.

BODYPUMP- With some seriously motivational music playing, we’ll get your body moving and give you a terrific workout. By hitting all of your major muscle groups with low weights, BODYPUMP™ will sculpt your legs, chest, back, shoulders and abdominals with a satisfying stretch at the end!

SPINNERVALS- Cycling with intervals of high intensity cardio/agility training.

 

ZUMBA- Ditch the workout and join the party! This is a Latin based aerobic class. Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting Latin moves and rhythms. No dance experience needed.  Fun for all!

SilverSneakers®  Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

 

*Water shoes recommended in water classes. Bring a towel .

*We recommend you bring your water bottle, towel and a gel seat to Cycling classes.

*Gloves recommend for Kickboxing.
