Our nationally certified personal trainers offer you as a member a relaxing and friendly environment in which to pursue your individual health goals. Our trainers exude positive, upbeat attitudes and are devoted to giving you all the help and support you need to accomplish important health objectives. Developing personalized workout programs and setting realistic goals begins your journey towards a better you, but more importantly, we provide the encouragement and motivation to help you safely stay on track and reach your goals.
When you become a member
Once you join the Eagle Pointe Recreation Complex, our personal trainers will provide a complimentary fitness assessment to help you start down the right path. During the fitness evaluation you will learn about your basic health measurements including: body measurements, weight, body fat, blood pressure, flexibility, cardiovascular and strength. These specifications will serve you later to help you measure your success. During the fitness assessment, your trainer will take you through a short workout and give you a recommendation so you are maximizing your time at Eagle Pointe.
We ask that before starting your assessment, you fill out a Client Profile. It's a useful tool that the trainers will review with you in order to get a better understanding of your personal health and fitness level.

Our personal trainers provide not only one-on-one personal training sessions, but also small group training for those who prefer to share the cost of a trainer with others.
